Return Conditions:

1. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories or manuals.
3. Products must not be damaged, unless they were delivered defective or damaged.
4. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been confirmed by us.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. The processing of the refund may take a few business days.

Return Costs:

The costs for returning the product are at our expense, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged. The return costs may also be charged to you in cases where multiple variants of the same product are demonstrably ordered with the aim of comparing them.
