2.3. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note this is not a guarantee that the product is in stock. If something is not available, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund the amount paid.

3. Payment

3.1. We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

3.2. Payments must be fully settled before we can process and ship your order.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1. We do our best to deliver your order within the stated delivery time. Occasionally there may be a delay at the carrier, which unfortunately is beyond our control.

4.2. Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount.

5.2. If you wish to return your product, please make sure it is in its original condition and is returned within 30 days for a full refund.
